Terms and Conditions
Delegate fees are payable in advance and we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received before the event. Full payment must be received within 30 days of receiving the invoice, but no later than one week before the event. Upon completion of the registration form you will receive an email confirming your attendance and a link to view your invoice. If you require a hard copy of the invoice, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisation to alter the content, timing or location of this event. The minimum booking age is 18.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to the event and must be confirmed clearly in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation before this date will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Cancellations after this date will be subject to full payment. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
