Rachel Chan is a family law barrister at 42BR Barristers of 21 years' Call and a Deputy District Judge. Committed to improving social mobility and diversity within the profession, Rachel was one of ten advocates selected by the Bar Council as a Social Mobility Advocate 2021 and for their 'I am the Bar' campaign. She is a Chair for Lincoln's Inn Scholarship Interviews and an Advocacy Tutor for the Inn. In 2024, Rachel was voted onto the Family Law Bar Association National Committee and onto the South Eastern Circuit Executive Committee. Rachel is delighted to once again have been invited to join the judging panel for the Global Legal Post Women and Diversity in Law Awards.
